Gelarmony is a Sicilian ice cream shop in Rome known for its excellency. It is capable of combining traditional Sicilian cakes with the modernity and experimenting carried out inside the constantly fermenting artisan laboratory.
Ice cream is available in more than 60 different flavors. Semi freddos are produced with vegetable fats and semi skimmed milk. Slushed iced drinks (coffee, almonds, mulberries or fruit) are accompanied by soft brioche and hand whipped sugared cream just like in the traditional Sicilian traditions.
There is a truly infinite supply of Sicilian flavors, like the triangular ice cream cassata, marzipan, orange slices, chocolate candied fruits, marron glacè, chocolate from Modica, the "7veli" cake originating from Palermo, ricotta and pear slices (or pistacchio), as well as cups made of chocolate with tiramisu mousse inside them. Gelarmony also takes cake orders for all those special occasions.
The laboratory constantly renovates to create original products in compliance with the sanitary laws and follows all the H.A.C.C.P hygienic self control procedures for the production and the wholesale trade of its products.
